Melissa holds both the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP^®) and Chartered Financial Consultant^® (ChFC^®) designations, reflecting her deep technical expertise and commitment to fiduciary standards. She launched her financial career as a hedge fund analyst in New York City before spending nearly a decade with Fidelity Investments in New Jersey and six years with Raymond James Financial Services (New Jersey & Florida), where she served as a trusted advisor to sophisticated investors.

At Atticus, Melissa integrates her institutional experience with a personal, high-touch advisory style. She is a frequent collaborator on firm-wide planning initiatives and brings a strategic perspective to both client engagements and advisor development. Her work with women tends to focus more on goals‑based planning, financial empowerment, and ensuring the strategy is resilient through pivotal life transitions such as career changes, liquidity events, surviving a spouse, divorce and overall longevity.  Prioritizing education, she finds ways for households to experience peace in every season of life.

Originally from Cranford, New Jersey, Melissa graduated from Lehigh University where she competed in every soccer match as a 4-year Division I student-athlete. She now resides in South Florida and remains actively engaged in her fitness and generosity communities, including mentoring the next generation of women in finance.
