Institutional services

Atticus provides guidance, compliance, and investment services to nonprofits, endowments, foundations, corporate trusts, captive insurance companies, and employer sponsored retirement plans. For employer sponsored 401(k) plans, Atticus serves as a 3(38) fiduciary, overseeing compliance, plan design, plan administration, and participant educational programs, in addition to making investment decisions and selections for plan sponsors.
